What can I do with my card?
You can use your card to pay for activities. Once you have registered your card it will be credited with £40.00 each month until _ _ _ _. You can use this credit to pay for the activities featured on this website. Simply select and buy the activities you would like to take part in and then present your card as payment upon arrival at the venue where your activity is taking place.

Where/how can I register my card?
Online through this website, www.08card.co.uk/08plus click on the 'Activate Your Card' button and complete the details. Please note that any fields marked with * are compulsory and must be completed.

By completing a paper form and sending it to the Project Office at;
The Mansion House,Calderstones Park, Calderstones Road, Liverpool L18 3JD.

Where can I get a paper form from?
You should have received one with the letter telling you about the project. You can obtain another by ringing 0151 233 3073.

Why do I need to enter my personal details?
To ensure your account is used only by you we have to ask for a limited amount of personal details such as your anme and address. Some questions such as phone number, are not compulsory and it is up to you whether or not you provide us with that information. We have asked for this information so that we can contact you if there are new activities on offer or if you need help with your account.

I'm having difficulty registering my card online what should I do?
Ask an adult you trust for assistance, email eypp@liverpool.gov.uk or call the helpdesk on 0151 233 3073.

I don't have an email address, can I still register my card?
Yes, you can complete the paper form you should have received through the post and return it to the Project Office. If you don't have a form you can obtain one by ringing 0151 233 3073.

Why do I need to choose a password?
You will be asked for a password each time you log into the system and won't be allowed to buy any activities without one.

What should I choose as my password?
Your password should be chosen by you, it can be made up of both numbers and/or letters. It must be at least 6 characters long and you should pick something that you will easily remember. You must never disclose your password to anybody else.

What is my card number?
Your card number is the 16 digit number located on the back of your card beneath the barcode.

How can I purchase an activity?
All activities must be purchased online through the website, simply log in using your email address and password and go to the 'Members Area' to view the activities. To purchase an activity click on the appropriate 'buy' button. You will only be able to buy an activity if you have sufficient 'credit' to pay for it.

The website won't let me buy any activities - what is the problem?
Do you have enough 'credit' to pay for the activity you have selected?
You can only purchase an activity if you have sufficient 'credit' to pay for it. You can check your balance in the 'My Transactions' secton of the website.

I have 'purchased' an activity that I no longer want to do - can I get a refund?
No. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for any of the activities you have purchased.

I want to buy an activity at a Leisure Centre which needs to be pre-booked with them - how do I do this?
You MUST book all coached and court activities direct with the Leisure Centre before you can pay for the activity on this website. You can book an activity either by telephoning the Leisure Centre or by using their online booking service. Please refer to individual activities for further booking information.

I purchased an activity on the website without booking it with the leisure centre first, the leisure centre cannot take my booking, can I get a refund?
No. You MUST book all coached and court activities direct with the Leisure Centre before you pay for the activity on the website as we cannot offer refunds for any activities you have purchased.

How will I know how much money I've got to spend?
You can check your balance in the 'My Transactions' secton of the website. Your balance will be automatically updated each time you purchase an activity.

My computer is broken and I want to buy activities. What can I do?
You can go to your library and use a computer there. You will need to be a library member but it's easy to join.

I've lost my card what should I do?
You can request a new card through this website, click here and fill in the details.

I have spent all of my money when will my account be topped up?
Your account will be topped up with £40.00 per month on _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (Date)

Why am I not included in the 1029 people, can I get involved?
The project is for 1,000 young people who have been identified through the Local Authority. We have had to follow criteria set by the Department for Children Schools and Families and have tried to offer places to young people across the city. There is no more money for additional young people to become involved.
